range breakout - how it works?

have setup range breakout like this, expecting the range formed from start to end time to be breached then the entry should be taken.
but it's not the case,

We will start by tracking the Selected Strike price between 9:16 and 10:14:59 . We will take entry after 10:14:59 once the Low price of the Selected Strike in the range is breached.

Even I had the same question for the team & community here from last two months but No reply.

Seems like much of he ppl on algotest platform are straddle and strangle testing ppl.

Say your range starts at 9:16 and ends at 10:15.

The instrument/strike to trade in will be selected at 9:16, then from 9:16 to 10:15 the price of this instrument will be tracked, and post 10:15, whenever your range breaks(be it low of 9:16-10:15 or high of 9:16-10:15) for that instrument then the entry will bee taken.
