Range Breakout feature Confusion

I have a doubt and trouble to use Range break out option.

For example - If Range breakout is selected with a time range of 9.15 - 10 am then I am unable to select entry time as 10.01 am & Vice versa.

Normally once Range been build then breakout enteries happen,but platform does not follow this logic or may be I am unable to understand the logic on platform.

Please help me with this query so that I can use backtest in more efficient way.

That's how the range breakout works.

You select the contract/strike/instrument at strategy start time/entry time, which let's say is 9:16 am, then the instrument is tracked for high and low till range end time, say 10 am in this case. And then post 10 am whenever the instrument breaks your range criteria that you have defined, the instrument is entered.
