They work simultaneously and act on the same updated sl. Legwise TSL works normally, as it is supposed to and will keep on trailing your sl, when trail to breakeven kicks in, it tries to shift your sl to the entry price, but if the sl has already been trailed past your entry price, then trail sl to breakeven has no effect.
Once the trail sl to breakeven kicks in, and your sl is at your entry price or beyond, the legwise tsl will trail the current sl itself.
