Execution is in Error

My Strategy keep getting into execution error sometimes. This is the 3rd time I am facing this issue.

Earlier I thought it might be a one off issue.

09:31:00 BANKNIFTY23D1347200PE(Qty: 45) will enter when Price Crosses above 126.4. Current Price is 117.05

09:31:00 BANKNIFTY23D1347600CE(Qty: 45) will enter when Price Crosses above 133.65. Current Price is 123.75

Broker is Upstox. For some reason. I cant upload the screenshot. It says error after i select an image to upload. i tried both jpeg & png.

Hey hi, you should check your order book for any pending orders and consider manual intervention and you are getting problem for uploading screenshot due to image size you should compress your images from any online application such as https://jpegcompressor.com/ it compresses images without losing their quality and then try to upload screenshot.
