Not able to activate 2nd strategy despite upgrading limit

I have upgraded the limit for concurrent execution of strategies to 2 this morning. However I am unable to activate the 2nd strategy.

The activate button does not do anything on clicking. There is no error shown either.

There was an issue with activating finnifty strategies, which has been resolved now.
