My USER NAME IS PRAYAMBITA PAL.I have purchased 800 credit points on 4th June 2023 and another referral credit worth 200 added in my account same day.on the same day,I spent 100 credit points by adding 1 live execution strategy and added 2 strategies by spending 193 credit points on June 5th.. calculation till here is perfect.But on June 14,32 credit points were spent/deducted twice in the name of upgrade execution plan,though I have not upgraded any strategy and am still using/subscribed 3 strategies..I want explanation why 32+32=64 points deducted from my account and demand refund.Is it how unethical you are??
