"Say you Buy BANKNIFTY CE 38000 for Rs 100 and define a stop loss of 30% to it, which means your stop loss is at Rs 130."

Then the further explanations in that example is confusing. Please clarify.

There was a typing error, it was meant to be "Say you Sell BANKNIFTY CE 38000 for Rs 100 and define a stop loss of 30% to it, which means your stop loss is at Rs 130."

Please consider it a sell order and the further explanations will make sense.
