Live Trading ~ SL not trailing

Dear Team,

today again I am facing SL Trailing issue,
Algo Buy 44600PE at 248.79 & trailing with 5 pts & premium also reaches to 254.40, but still SL is not trail.

Stop loss hits of 20 pts.
Also contacted for LIVE support on Telegram, but no reply.

This is just not Professional way to handle customer support.

Can you please send a screenshot where premium reached 254.4. I checked but it never reached 254.4 after the trade initiation.

Leg entered at 09:31:45, you're looking at the candle from 09:31:00 to 09:31:59. So this high must have reached before even entering the trade.
